Shipping conditions and collection of frozen barf

Welcome to our online shop for frozen BARF quality products. We have been shipping frozen BARF throughout Switzerland for a good 2 years and enable collection from our warehouse in 2575 Täuffelen (BE) or 5726 Unterkulm (AG). Find out how BARF pickups and deliveries work here:

The frozen products are sent from Monday to Wednesday in a box with a cool bag) by Swiss Post by A-Prio (delivery by the post office within 24-48 hours) or express (delivery by the post office within 24 hours). Alternatively, the order can also be picked up from our warehouses in Täuffelen and Unterkulm.

Collection:

Frozen BARF orders can be ordered online as pick-up.
As a rule, we can provide collections within 1 working day.
As soon as the pick-up is ready, we will call you and you can come and see us when the opportunity arises.

Delivery conditions and times:

We send frozen BARF from Monday to Wednesday with Swiss Post by A Mail (delivery within 24-48 hours) or Express (delivery within 24 hours). BARF orders that we receive after midday on Wednesday are usually shipped the following week. By stopping shipping from Wednesday afternoon, we want to prevent late parcels from being stored in the Swiss Post parcel center over the weekend and the goods from thawing or thawing.

Orders placed by Sunday can be shipped the following week. Orders from Monday can potentially be delayed until the following week if not all items are in stock.

You will be informed by e-mail about the shipment. Please also check the spam folder.
For optimal, mutual cooling, we recommend a minimum quantity of 10kg.
PETTOWN disclaims all liability; If you are not present when the frozen items are delivered by post, the package should be on the way up to 48 hours for A Mail delivery or if the frozen goods are severely thawed or thawed due to an order quantity that is too small.

Due to hygiene and storage, we cannot allow returns of frozen BARF that have been sent.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are charged for every frozen BARF shipment.

From 10 kg - 30 kg CHF 29.00

Please also note a minimum order value of 10kg for our frozen products.

What you should definitely pay attention to:
When ordering our frozen products, please make sure that you accept your package directly at the 1st delivery, otherwise the food will thaw in some branch, and that would be a shame. Alternatively, you can ask most parcel services to drop off the parcel. The frozen contents should also be placed in a chest freezer or freezer at -18 degrees or more as quickly as possible, then there is hardly anything standing in the way of a delicious eating experience.

If a product is thawed, this is not a loss of quality, at most the disassembling of the individual portions becomes a little more challenging. ;)

A notice:
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the shipment of frozen goods that are on the way for more than 24 hours, even if we pack them optimally and the insulation and cooling last 48 hours. Complaints are unfortunately excluded here. However, the frozen goods can easily be refrozen without any problems, the quality is retained even if the products are thawed.
